Dr. Benjamin Dunford is an accomplished educator, consultant, and researcher with expertise in strategy development and implementation, change management, leadership, negotiation, interpersonal relationships, and team dynamics. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, establishing himself as a leading voice in these fields.

Dr. Dunford teaches extensively in MBA, Executive MBA, and corporate programs both in the U.S. and internationally, earning multiple top professor awards for his contributions to education. His research has garnered attention from major media outlets, including The Economist and various prominent newspapers.

With extensive global consulting experience, he has worked with organizations across diverse industries—such as healthcare, professional sports, agriculture, government, financial services, media, hospitality, manufacturing, and telecommunications—helping them navigate complex challenges and drive performance.

Dr. Dunford earned his Ph.D. from Cornell University in 2004 and continues to impact the field through his teaching, research, and consulting initiatives.
